We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Banking & Investment Supervision to lead a team overseeing Jersey’s licensed banks and investment businesses. This is a senior leadership role where you will set supervisory priorities, make sound regulatory judgements and ensure key risks are effectively managed. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, build strong relationships with senior industry stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across supervisory processes. The successful candidate will bring significant senior-level experience in banking, investments, regulation, risk or compliance, alongside a strong track record of leadership and decision-making. Commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory matters are essential.
