Team Leader (Autism Hub)

Are you a registered Health or Social Care professional eager to make a meaningful difference in people's lives? We have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Autism Hub on the beautiful island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. In this role you will be part of the Adult Disability Service that supports people with a learning disability and autism in a variety of settings including residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach team. The successful candidate must hold a Degree in Health and Social Care and have proven experience of supporting people with a learning disability and autism.
