Team Leader (Learning Disability Outreach)

Are you a registered Health or Social Care professional seeking a breath of fresh air? A vacancy has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Learning Disability Outreach on the picturesque island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. Duties will include assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care and support, autonomously initiating crisis management as service user need dictates and maintaining accurate electronic/paper records of care and support given. Applicants must hold a degree in Health and Social Care and have proven experience of supporting people with a learning disability and/or autism.
